This was my first time being an assistant director on a senior film set. During pre-production I was responsible for setting up meetings with the Cinematographer and Director. I made a shooting schedule from the shot list. I sent out call sheets and made sure the director and crew had everything they needed. For final deliverables I was responsible personal releases, location agreements and location releases. I had to learn how to be flexible when we were running hours behind schedule. I had to learn to work with actor's tricky schedules. But the most valuable thing I learned was how to support the directors vision whether things were going according to plan or not.
