On this short film I was script supervisor and second assistant camera. This was my second time being scripty on a senior film set at school and my first time being a 2nd AC. I continued to refine my skills at being scripty and tried to leave good, clear notes for the editor to use later. I learned how to properly label and utilize a slate. It was during this film that I did my first tail slate. I got to see just how flexible a film crew has to be during unexpected situations that you don’t plan for. We had an actor show up two hours late, so we had to work efficiently in order to get everything done that we needed to that day.
